The simplest way to do this is to e-mail prospective suppliers with:

• what you want
• where you would like it delivered
• why you need it
• when you want it
• how you would prefer it to be delivered

Then sign-post prospective suppliers to either the Free to Use form on the site, or one that has been created for your exact requirements.  For more information on what to do next see Tutorial

To gain a list of prospective suppliers it is a good idea to speak to your customers, partners, existing suppliers and trade associations.
